Rofit Ways LLC provides fitness services including, but not limited to:

• Personal training and coaching
• Fitness program development
• Digital fitness offerings and virtual training

• Corporate wellness programs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Before beginning any fitness program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in fitness activities
• You are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation
• You assume all risks associated with physical exercise and fitness activities
• You will immediately stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms
• You have disclosed any relevant health conditions to your trainer or coach

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your selected services
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing customers.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Personal Training Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
• Program Subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Corporate Programs: Subject to individual contract terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, workout programs, and software, is the property of Rofit Ways LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROFIT WAYS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any injuries or health issues arising from fitness activities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on our services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rofit Ways LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rofit Ways LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
